About Skylink

The Airport Bus Services are funded by the East Midlands Airport Bus Partnership consisting of Nottingham, Leicester and Derby City Councils, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire County Councils, Arriva Midlands, Nottingham City Transport, Kinchbus, the Airport and East Midlands Development Agency.

This Partnership has acquired more than £1.3m in funding to improve the Airport bus services.

These improvements include:

• Nottingham Skylink now operates 24 hours a day.
• Introduction of the Leicester Skylink bus service, operating hourly during the day and with services throughout the night, seven days a week.
• Derby and Loughborough Skylink now runs seven days a week with newer, better buses, every 30 minutes between 7am to 7pm and hourly at all other times.

The Airport and partners are committed to providing fast, frequent and direct high quality bus services to the three cities and beyond.
